Yes, when you are signing up for VSS you must select an option for month to month or 1-3 year plans. An initial payment is due at the time of ordering. Your request will be sent to our Sales department and they will be in touch with a quick contract form to fill out and a credit card authorization form as well.

Yes, you can. In the products page you will find a batteries section, there you will have all the batteries listed and the alarm products that use those specific batteries.

Yes, You will need to create an account from our heading menu and have an alarm monitoring plan purchased with us. You can add alarm products to your alarm plan to customize your system to suit your specific needs. Check out our Monitoring plans page.

Yes, we have an option for having a technician come to your home to install your alarm system. If you select a 1, 2, or 3 year plan the installation fee is free. If you choose a month to month plan, the fee is $99.

The great feature that comes with owning one of our alarm systems is the flexibility to move with your system. You will need to contact us to let us know you will be moving and we will provide some questions pertaining to the move and if needed you can expand your system to accommodate any extra security needs your new home may have.
